Description

Since the main NiFi UI has been migrated to the latest version of Angular, we should do the same with registry. This has several benefits, including updating some very outdated dependencies, utilizing the new shared component library that will result in a more uniform user experience across interfaces, and making overall frontend development easier in the registry project.

Once the scope of this task is better understood, we can use this ticket for overall task tracking and add subtasks.
