[NIFI-13855] UI - Node Status History tooltips don't get destroyed after click

Description

From the Global menu, select Node Status History.  On the dropdown selection, hover one choice, observe the tooltip, and click the choice.  Then select again, hover a different choice, observe the new tooltip, and click the choice.  See attached screenshot.
