[NIFI-13466] SplitExcel causes file to yield since it does not catch a java.lang.IllegalStateException

Description

When ingesting the attached file the following exception occurs

2024-6-7-iolp-buildings.xlsx causing an IllegalStateException which is not caught
java.lang.IllegalStateException: The maximum number of Cell Styles was exceeded. You can define up to 64000 style in a .xlsx Workbook

and the file yields since the try catch around the callback in SplitExcel does not catch a java.lang.IllegalStateException.
