[NIFI-13368] Need to destroy tooltip when validation errors are gone

Description

When a component becomes valid the run status icon correctly updates and reflects the current state. When the state is invalid, the UI renders the validation errors in a tooltip. When the component becomes invalid, the icon reflects if but if the user hovers they will still see the previous validation errors. These need to be cleaned up.
