Major Description
In the flow reducer we should be verifying that the incoming revision is newer than what is already saved. These scenarios can occur when polling takes longer when some other action. For slow connections this happens ofter as the size of the canvas payload increases.
We also need to handle corner cases when the component as been deleted [1] and when a node's cluster connection state changes [2].
