Description

In preparation for 2.0.0-M3 remove some currently unsupported/unimplemented features so avoid potential confusion as users may expect the feature to be supported due to the presence of buttons in the UI.

• Remove info icons from Summary pages
• Remove Enable/Disable All Controller Services from context menu
• Remove color from Operation Panel
