Description

We see the following failure on Windows quite often:

TestTailFile.testMultipleRolloversAfterHavingReadAllDataWhileStillRunning:381 expected:<[world]> but was:<[abc
]

We also see the same issue sometimes in the testMultipleRolloversAfterHavingReadAllData test
