Description

Admin guide includes how to configure TIMED_WAIT for linux kernel 2.6, but no up-to-date linux distro should still be using 2.6, as its support ended in 2016 per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux_kernel_version_history#Releases_2.6.x.y
