Add completion strategy to FetchSmb

    Description

      The newly added ListSmb and FetchSmb has been very much appreciated. But sadly the FetchSmb does not have the same options like other Fetch processors.

      FetchFTP and FetchSFTP process has a Completion Strategy where you can choose to Move or Delete the file after it has been fetched.

      It would be very helpfull if FetchSmb gets the same possibilities
