[NIFI-12031] corrupt _txn file when NiFi upgrading 1.17.0 to 1.21.0

Description:

    I runned some pipelines in nifi-1.1.7.0. QuestDbDatabaseManaer Error during connection to database(because _txn file) when I upgrade to 1.21.0.  It works after I replaced the _txn file.

    I can't reproduce this error situation so I want to ask what is the cause of the problem. Thanks
