Description

Continuing the work of NIFI-11646 (and outlined in https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NIFI/Deprecated+Components+and+Features), the JRuby and Luaj script engines should be removed from the scripting components. The engines are not often used and as they are not JVM-native languages the capabilities for these engines are more limited than a JVM-native language such as Groovy.
