Description
If a Python process dies, we need the ability to detect this, re-launch the Process, and recreate the Processors that are a part of the Process, and then restore the Processors' configuration and enable/start them. Essentially, if the Python process dies, the framework should spawn a new process and allow the Processor to keep running.
