Description

The GitHub system-tests workflow has remained stable for several releases and multiple regular runs. The current scope configuration triggers system-tests based on changes to tests, but the scope should be expanded to include the nifi-api, nifi-framework-api, and nifi-framework bundle paths for wider coverage of pull requests with potential impact on system behavior.
