[NIFI-11034] Image Viewer not available in Apache NiFi release

Description

The image viewer in the UI (used to display JPEG, GIF, WEBP, etc.) is in the nifi-media-nar, which is no longer included in the Apache NiFi binary release due to size constraints. However, the image viewer itself should be available in the binary release (unless it is too large by itself).

Recommend breaking the image viewer out into its own module and include it in the NiFi assembly by default.
