Description

Since some state changes in the StandardVersionedComponentSynchronizer are asynchronous, the ScheduledState of the components passed in the ScheduledStateChangeCallback methods may become outdated once the asynchronous methods complete. To remedy this, the intended ScheduledState should be passed along with the components in these methods.
