FetchGoogleDrive should route the empty FlowFile to failure in record processing mode

    Description

      FetchGoogleDrive introduced record processing for the case when the List processor is also in record mode (producing records containing the listed items).

      It can happen that the FF body is empty (e.g. when ListGoogleDrive is not in record mode or the upstream processor is not ListGoogleDrive). Currently, FetchGoogleDrive removes the input FF and there is no output FF in this case. It should route the empty FF to failure instead.
