[NIFI-10036] Make ElasticSearchClientImpl request URLs consistent with leading slash

Description

Some of the requests issued by the RestClient in ElasticSearchClientImpl start with a leading /, and some do not. We should make these calls consistent so there are no surprises in either future versions of Elasticsearch or if a proxy is placed between NiFi and Elasticsearch.
