Description

The NetBeans installer is signed, but the uninstaller is not.

When a user has the local security policy "User Account Control: Only elevate executables that are signed and validated" enabled, they can install NetBeans, but will get an error when attempting to uninstall NetBeans. 

 

Workaround: Disable "User Account Control: Only elevate executables that are signed and validated" temporarily to uninstall NetBeans.
