Description

1. Open PR between master and releaseXXX branch leading up to beta.
2. Merge PR to release branch when ready.
3. Add information and hash of beta under milestones in the release properties at https://github.com/apache/netbeans-jenkins-lib/blob/master/meta/netbeansrelease.json
4. Commit of beta info should trigger new build of beta on Jenkins.
5. Download and check build artefacts - make sure splash, etc. show correct beta version.
6. Email beta notification to dev@ and netcat@ lists, linking directly from build artefacts on Jenkins.
