Description

This needs to be fixed. I was not able to install Netbeans at all including Netbeans 8.2. I remember a problem I had earlier the issue is that THE ONLY WAY Netbeans will install is if the JAVA is installed on the C drive in Windows, even if the JAVA_HOME path is set correctly it will hang and lock up. NO other programs I have used have this issue. Once I installed and set the java path to the c drive the installation works correctly. Please add this to others who have had a lockup at the license agreement. If you add runtime to the c drive and set its path there it will work.
