Description

Dear NetBeans Community,

I developed a plugin that adds support for Atlassian's CI Server, Bamboo. I'd like to contibute it to the NetBeans platform, because of lack of time.

However, I'm not sure if fits in, or should rather be a Plugin only. What do you think? If the decision is to integrate it. How are we going to proceed? I will definitely need some guidance then.
