Description
Some weeks ago I installed Netbeans 8.2 on a Windows 10 computer.
As soon as I opened the IDE and I tried to open an existing project, it froze completely. The only way I could stop it was by killing its process.
The freezing happens very often, mostly during run-time, while writing code (in this case, the not saved code is lost), but also when trying to create a new project (File -> New Project).
