[NETBEANS-819] shifted cursor in terminal with GDK_SCALE=2

Description

Using GDK_SCALE=2 env variable and Oracle JDK 10.0.1 or 9.0.4 cursor in terminal is shifted. Without GDK_SCALE=2 everythink is OK.
Added attachment shifted-cursor.mkv with short video. It says more than words.
