[NETBEANS-64] NetBeans tooks minutes to open

Description

I opened chrome, skype and after both I open NetBeans and it tooks 3 or 4 Minutes to open NetBeans. I have 254 plugins installed (the normal one from the NetBeans core and 3rd-party-plugins)
