[NETBEANS-647] nbproject folder not deleted when project including sources deleted

Description

Looks like an old issue (https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=253700) that wasn't fixed completely as some project folders/files are still not deleted. 

The target folder and sources are deleted if you choose to right click on the project node and delete the project along with sources. Just seems to be the top level project folder, nbproject folder and the properties file which are not deleted.
