[NETBEANS-6131] Maven cleans up the project although it should delete the contents.

Description

When the user invokes Project > Delete, the IDE asks if it should just delete the project from the workspace, or delete contents. Even though 'delete contents' checkbox is set, the IDE first calls mvn clean, which is IMHO unnecessary.

Clean action is questionable even in case of deleting from workspace: why should be the project files cleaned ?
