Description

Expected : Netbeans detects Tomcat is successfully started

Actual:  Netbeans does not detect that Tomcat is started. Instead it says starting of Tomcat Failed.  I can see my application running in tomcat and am able to access it.

Impact: Project -> Run / Debug is not getting attached to the tomcat.

Tomcat is external tomcat (not embedded)
