System: Mac OS X version 11.2.3 running on x86_64; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

User directory: /Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/NetBeans/12.3

Description

replicate by:

• create new EAR project w/ Maven
• add generic WS resource 
• add generic SLSB
• clean/build
• right-click in projects window, select Debug or Run

Nb12.3 starts the server, deploys the EAR, then starts the server again (seems unable to detect the server is already running).

The second start attempt fails (port in use), and wildfly is killed.

The loss of productivity is drastic
