[NETBEANS-5561] NB generates an exception when opens the project. Can not find publick members of the class.

Description

NB generates an exception from time to time.
I can not replicate it in a stable way.

All logs are combined in a single txt file.
find ======================= as the delimiter, please.

The issue may appear after the click on the member of the class. See the picture, please.

The function TdaApiClient.getCalls(... ) is a public static member of the class.
I can even debug this code.
