Description

When I open Apache NetBeans IDE 12.2 on my Windows laptop, an "unexpected exception" error comes up stating "java.lang.class.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/tools/javac/api/JavacTaskImp". I would then click "Show and Report Problem to NetBeans Team" and a "java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException exception" warning came up. I would then click "Review and report problem" and it would then say that it has "found a bug in the application".
