[NETBEANS-4871] Cannot (un)comment lines in Gradle Build Files using keyboard shortcut

Description

Steps:

1. Open a {build.gradle} from within a loaded Gradle project.
2. Move cursor to a line in the file.
3. Use the "toggle comment" shortcut (both variations) keyboard shortcut.

Expected:

Line comment is toggled.

Actual:

Nothing happens.

 

The same is true for multi-line select.

 

I've marked this as Major as this is a frustrating loss of functionality from a developer/productivity/ease-of-use standpoint; however, I understand if it is downgraded to Minor as there is a workaround of manually (un)commenting a line.
