Library Notes:

• Several fixes
• Improved performance

NetBeans Testing:

• Full build done
• Started NetBeans and ensure the log didn't have any ERROR or new WARNINGS
• Checked the files are in the Ant Library Manager
• Tested a maven and ant project, they both compile and run the tests successfully
• Cheked that the javadoc works
• Run unit tests on java.j2seproject module an checked there were no failed tests, thanks to @matthiasblaesing for the patch
