Description

When PHP CS Fixer (Coding Standards Fixed) is run without any options, then project configuration file is not found.

Workaround is to add --config parameter.

Can be tested on PHP CS Fixer own repository https://github.com/FriendsOfPHP/PHP-CS-Fixer
