[NETBEANS-4071] Indexing fail no such Element Exception

Description

Go to services,maven repositories, select central repository
press update index in popup menu.

Exception happen, may be created by the maven update.

It possible to get the exception by trying to select a specific version of netbeans artefacts version while creating a mavenized module.

 

Tested on windows 10 and ubuntu.
