Description

using TOOLS -> options and completing e.g. the properties for frameworks, a pop-up appears for filling out the path for a file.

I have several mapping for networkdrives.

When I fill out the pop-up and i'm not connected to internet, for each networkdrive that cannot be accessed, there are multiple appearances of an errormessage. 

"The drive or networkconnection that the shortcut '' refers to is not available. ...."

1.  I aknowledge this issue, cos I know I'm off-line.
2.  It is irritating becourse it is happening for each networkdrive 2 à 3 times.

suggesting: replacing the message to notification center.
