Description

Doctrine and some other libraries support short ::class pseudo constants in annotations. In addition, quoting the arguments is not required. I propose extending the PHP annotation parser in NetBeans to support it as well.

Please see the attached sample project, class Entity1 has several annotated members, all in different fashion. Class names in all of those annotations should be recognized and 'clickable'.
