Description

Well, I'm not entirely convinced that this is an issue at all.

Those rare times when we do not have an editor window open, the IDE might look strange not having upper/left/right border on the opened tabs. I'd not put border there, but probably mark the desktop color different (like the editor default background on FlatLafDark).

ebakke DevCharly what do you think. Of course you are free to drop this one.
