    Description

      Hello,

I work with app deployed on remote server. Everytime when I checkout to another branch and there are some new folders with files to upload, I get an error: "Upload Files On Save failed (more information in IDE log)". It doesn't matter if I connect via SFTP or Pure FTP - error is the same. When error appears, I have to manualy upload folders that has not been sent. It's ok if there is 1 folder to upload. But usually there are several folders in different directories.

I found some info here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/12578888/netbeans-php-remote-server-upload-files but it didn't help. I love Netbeans but this issue is quite anoying. I had to start using PhpStorm (which is syncing files very well via SFTP) but it lacks some features Netbeans has. I think it might be some problem with trying to change directory to not existing one. Is there any chance to fix this?

      How to reproduce:
      1. You will need remote sever with SFTP to connect to.
      2. Create project (I work with PHP apps), set in Project Properties -> Run Configuration -> Run As : Remote Web Site
      3. Init git.
      4. Checkout to new branch (lets call it test), add some folders with files and commit.
      5. Checkout to master branch.
      6. If there is no error, add some other folders on master, commit and checkout to test.

I work on Ubuntu/Pop OS!, Netbeans 11 and 11.2, I also tried many different Java versions. Remote server Centos 6/7.

Sorry, if it is not proper place to report this issue.
