Description

The main motivation of the split is to move the Jacoco and ASM external dependency out of the Java module have it better structured.

Also with the ASM 7.2 upgrade happened in the platform we no longer need to add ASM as a separate external dependency and it is possible to use Jacoco 0.8.5 which supports Java 13.
