Description

Simple example:

new self::$test['test'];

This code is valid but not actually supported by Netbeans parser. Nothing of the following works: "find usages"/refactoring/go to declaration

Other IDE: worked fine at least in PhpStorm, Visual Studio Code(with Intelephense plugin)
