[NETBEANS-294] Running project is impossible when C/C++ files is opened

Description

When the file opened after starting NetBeans is C/C++ source file, or changing project group to another group that only includes C/C++ files, 'Run Project' button is disabled.
I can activate it with clicking empty spaces or other file tabs, but it should be fixed quickly.
