Description

There are high level features in NetBeans which are out of date or broken or fundamentally don't work. This is an umbrella issue to collect the related items together and work to either fix or remove these features.

E.g., not all features need to necessarily be supported forever, we may come to the conclusion that some features are for technologies that are not used anymore, for example, and that keeping features for technologies that are not used may not be optimal. In other cases, we may decide that it is better to not have a particular feature than to have it while it is fundamentally broken or while it supports a really old version of a technology.
