[NETBEANS-2576] Truncating names in project or files view using a small font in windows 10

Description

I use a new dell laptop and windows 10 with no modifications. On the display the last characters of the file names in the project or files view are truncated.

So I see "Application.jav" instead of "Application.java".

If I connect an old monitor to this laptop with low resolution then windows 10 is using a different font on this monitor. On my external monitor I see "Application.java" now but on my laptop I still see "Application.jav".

I use Netbeans 11 with OpenJDK 11 on Windows 10.
