Description

There's a typo in the default app.conf with a template in harness/apisupport.harness/release/etc:

default_cachedir=""${DEFAULT_CACHEDIR_ROOT}/dev" 

 Note the doubled doublequotes at the start.

If the config is sourced, bash reports unterminated string.
