Description

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://netbeans.apache.org/download/nb110/nb110.html
2. Download the reference SHA512 file for the binary NetBeans ZIP for Windows.
3. Click the link to verify the downloaded file. You will be sent to https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi#verify
4. Follow the instructions to run certutil ("certUtil -hashfile pathToFileToCheck "

Expected Result
An indication of whether the downloaded file matches the hash.
