Can't update context path

    Description

      1. Create a maven java web project "dukes-age" 
      2. In "Projects" view and invoke pop-up menu on the "dukes-age" root node and select Properties.
      3. Select the "Run" category in the "Project Properties" manager.
      4. Set "Context Path" to: /DukesAgeService.
      5. Set "Relative URL" to: /webresources/dukesAge.
      6. Push the OK button**
      7. Repeat 2 and 3 then Change Context path to any thing else
      8. Push the OK button
      9. Repeat 2 and 3 : Result: no previous changes
