Description

I have reported this in the 8.2, and thought it was fixed in a dev branch. But the issue is in Netbeans 10 as well.

It is about the order of type hinting in the code, it does not match other IDE's

Netbeans way:

/* @var $variable Class */

Other IDE:

/* @var Class $variable */
