Description

The Install Chrome Extension dialog box does not open when creating a new HTML5/JS Application project as described under [Getting Started with HTML5 Applications|https://netbeans.apache.org/kb/docs/webclient/html5-gettingstarted.html.] 

When I click on Run in the toolbar nothing happens.
