Environment

Description

Netbeans Distribution points to

https://netbeans.apache.org/nb/updates/10.0/updates.xml.gz

but trying to connect always results in

"Unable to connect to the NetBeans Distribution because of Received fatal alert: handshake_failure"

Looks like apache.org uses a certificate which is not available to all java versions.
