Adding new packages via action on the npm libs node

    Description

      It should be possible, when I expand my project dir, select the npm lib node, to add a new dependency right from the context menu. You can do a right click on the npm lib node choose Add package and the add npm package dialog should open. This behaviour is possible for maven or ant based projects and should be possible for npm packages too.
